DEPOSIT PAYMENT

 

There is a $50 processing fee (non-refundable) and a $100 security deposit (fully refundable at the end of the contract if the apartment is left clean with no damages) that needs to be paid to complete your contract application. You can pay that in one of the following ways.

 

1. Pay here on the website using PayPal. There will be a 4% handling charge. Click on the "Buy Now" button below and enter the amount you will be paying in the box provided. Then follow the checkout procedure.

 

2. Mail a check or money order to:

3. Call 208.359.5141 to set up a time to stop by the office and pay with cash, check, or money order.

 

 

RENT PAYMENTS and PAYMENT PLANS

 

Rent may be paid using any of the above methods. On your contract and payment plan form, you may choose which payment plan you'd like. Parking Passes cost $50 and should be added to the total due if you are planning on purchasing one.
