There are 3 contracts available under this tab. To live at Harris Hall you need to fill out and sign the "Housing Contract" and the "Payment Plan Form". If you will be bringing a car to Harris Hall, you will need to fill out and sign the "Parking Pass Contract" as well. We have about 30 parking spaces and 44 tenants, so parking passes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

After you fill out the necessary contracts, click on our "Payments" tab to find out how to pay your deposit ($100), processing fee ($50), and parking pass fee (if applicable, $50). In order for your contract to be valid, you need to pay your deposit and processing fee. We also need your BYU-Idaho email to enter you in the system so when you fill out your Housing Contract, please use your BYU-Idaho email when asked for your email.
